    On Saturday 8 June Moscow’s Sokolnik iPark hosted the Buckle Up Russia! Festival, the grand finale of the huge “Buckle Up!” public awareness campaign.   • “Why We Need Seat Belts” Film Released

    A short training film about why it is essential to always use a seat belt has been shown at several driving schools. The film, entitled “Why We Need Seat Belts”, was shot as part of the “Buckle-Up!” public awareness campaign, organised by the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Russian Association of Motor Insurers, and the NGO Road Safety Russia.   • Petrozavodsk buckles up

    On 25 May, a special event held as part of the nationwide “Buckle up!” public awareness campaign began at 1pm in a pavilion on Petrozavodsk’s Kirov Square.
